First Time – Initial (One-Time or Special Request Deep Cleaning).
Ceiling fan blades (dusted, hand wiped, and cleaned)
Light fixtures (disinfectant wiped down – in place / not removed).
Blinds and shutters (vacuumed or wiped down) Mini-Blinds (dusted and wiped down).
Moldings, woodwork, and window sills ( wiped down and vacuumed).
Baseboards (dusted, hand washed or wiped, reachable without moving furniture).
Lamp and lampshades (dusted or vacuumed with attachment).
Pictures and knick-knacks (dusted and hand wiped).
Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs, and or vacuumed).
Stovetop and drip pans scrubbed.
All Cabinet fronts were cleaned and wiped down.
All doors (wiped down around door knobs).
Light switch plates (wiped down and sanitized).
Countertops and backsplashes (wiped down).
Mirrors cleaned (wiped down from top to bottom). Wiping no higher than a 4-step ladder could reach.
Tub / Shower tiles (double scrubbed if build-up).
Wastebaskets (emptied / cleaned/ inside-out).
Beds made (includes master applying clean sheets to beds).
Stairs (swept or vacuumed, wood moped or wiped down).
Floors (vacuumed and mopped, including (entryway of closets).
Vacuum all carpets along the edge where bugs, animal hair, and carpet fibers collect) along the wall.
Deep cleaning of oven, refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop stove.
Cleaning of bathrooms, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
